email us to register.
Once registered, a training package will be created for your team. You will then be asked to download the M2FT training app that is hosted by MyPTHub. Every player must download the app to keep up-to-date with all workouts and nutrition guides. Please allow 48-72 hours for the training package to be completed.
step 2
Form a private group chat.
Once you download the app, all players and coaches will be placed in a group chat (we will create this). This is where all forms of communication will occur regarding programming, training, nutrition, and other enquiries.
Step 3
Track your training & Nutrition.
Measure your progress, integrate add-ons, access many features.
Step 4
players can workout individually or with teammates.
Footballers will have the ability to complete the assigned training programmes individually or with teammates. They will receive all programmes that are created on the positional-specific memberships as a bonus.

"Paralysis by analysis" is a common issue, especially in today's world where there's an overwhelming amount of football content on social media. With so much advice, drills, and training routines, it can be tough to decide what to follow, leading to confusion and inaction.
This is why I created the M2FT App. I have taken the most effective and simplistic football-based drills and gym-based exercises, organising them into clear categories, workouts, and programs that eliminate the guesswork.
The same oversaturation applies to gym training and nutrition, which is why the M2FT App offers streamlined, practical solutions.
As football and training methods evolve, the app stays up to date with monthly updates, adding new workouts, programs, and content, ensuring players and fitness enthusiasts always stay ahead of the game.
As a former footballer, I bring extensive experience as both a football coach and personal trainer.
My journey included a season at Aldershot Town Football Club before continuing at the University of Bath, where I played for the Performance Squad, while earning a degree in Sport & Exercise Science.
I also hold a Master's degree in Performance Football Coaching, and works with 20+ footballers individually, whilst coaching multiple clubs on a weekly basis.
