"Paralysis by analysis" is a common issue, especially in today's world where there's an overwhelming amount of football content on social media. With so much advice, drills, and training routines, it can be tough to decide what to follow, leading to confusion and inaction.

This is why I created the M2FT App. I have taken the most effective and simplistic football drills and gym-based exercises, organizing them into clear categories, workouts, and programs that eliminate the guesswork.

As a former footballer, I bring extensive experience as both a football coach and personal trainer.

My journey included a season at Aldershot Town Football Club before continuing at the University of Bath, where I played for the Performance Squad, while earning a degree in Sport & Exercise Science.

I also hold a Master's degree in Performance Football Coaching, and works with 20+ footballers individually, whilst coaching multiple clubs on a weekly basis.

Why Did You Create This Type of Subscription?

I've been playing football my entire life, from grassroots in Canada to a professional academy in the UK, and I've experienced the significant leap in skill levels firsthand. Looking back, I wish I had access to a resource like this during my development. When I trained alone at the park, I often didn’t know what exercises were right or wrong, and I eventually got bored of repeating the same drills. Individual training is more critical than ever for those aiming to reach higher levels. With the overwhelming amount of football content online, it’s hard to know what works best. That's why I've curated the most effective, simple drills and guidance into a clear, structured subscription.

Do I Need to Purchase Equipment?

It depends on the session! The M2FT App has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (cones, one football) and some that require a football goal (finishing-based drills). There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment.
