Why Did You Create This Type of Subscription?
I created the M2FT Premium Fitness Membership to share my passion for fitness and to help individuals achieve their desired goals with confidence and ease. With over six years of experience as a personal trainer and a four-year degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath, I’ve built a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise. Coupled with over a decade of personal weight training experience, I understand what it takes to succeed in both training and nutrition. This subscription is a culmination of my commitment to empowering others with the tools, guidance, and support they need to transform their fitness journey and reach their full potential.
Do I Need to Purchase Equipment?
It depends on the session! The M2FT App has a lot of workouts that require a gym facility. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (resistance bands, dumbbells). There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment.
Am I anonymous within the community?
Members will only see your name within the community. We're actively working to make the community completely anonymous for added privacy. Participation in the community is entirely optional, so you can choose whether to join. Within the community, we upload daily workouts and fitness challenges, offering a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow members, exchange feedback, and inspire one another. Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or verbal abuse. Any individuals involved in such behavior will be immediately removed from the chat to maintain a supportive and respectful environment.
