I am confident in my ability to guide you toward success, offering tailored workouts and personalised nutritional guidance. Additionally, I provide access to a free fitness community through my personal training app, where you can find further support and resources to help you on your fitness journey. Pricing

1-to-1 Personal Training: £40 per training session (60-70 minutes).

In addition to your commitment, you will receive a free fitness membership to the M2FT Training App, where you will receive exclusive programmes, workouts, and nutrition plans (created by nutritionist Ken Wa Tsang).

Small-Group Training (60-70 minutes):

2 people: £30 each.

3 people: £27.50 each.

4 people: £25 each.

In addition to your commitment, you will receive a free fitness membership to the M2FT Training App, where you will receive exclusive programmes, workouts, and nutrition plans (created by nutritionist Ken Wa Tsang).
